The New T-4B is constructed with a radial head and foot section and crosscut panels in the middle of the sail, it is a further development from the SD-6 with more luff curve in the lower third of the sail.

Gennaker (JR)

This maximum area gennaker is designed for upwind-downwind courses. The luff of the JR, or jumbo runner, rotates to windward easily giving good speed especially when running at deep angles. The choice of material is simply down to durability. The 0.5oz spinnaker will perform better (it is lighter and flies easier) but ultimately will not last as long in a class which only allows you one spinnaker a year. So depending on your requirements, there is a sail to suit your needs! 

• Silicone coated Contender Dynalite 0.75oz or
• Non siliconed Superlite 0.5oz (rule allows 0.5oz spinnaker fabrics).
• ISAF in house measurement.
